If you want to stay in a homestay with a nice family, good good, a big terrace, that is a place to go for you. The location is very good and calm, situated between the airport and the crowded city centre. The price is also very good. It was a perfect spot to relax after a long journey before heading to Darjeeling.

Om Niwas is a new building, with new rooms, comfortable beds, clean bathroom with hot water and the family running the hotel is very friendly and welcoming. We indeed enjoyed the room, the balcony and the cleanliness and comfort of the place. There are though many mosquitoes, luckily we had some natural spray with us and there was already a mosquito reppealant plugged in the room when we arrived. All in all a very beautiful room very well located, and very comfortable bedroom, bed and bathroom.
