The homestay is just in a perfect location. Local area with busy streets but quiet and safe. Still in walking distance to main attractions of Pondi. The beds and bathrooms are really clean and the curtains in the dorm give privacy. The manager is just wonderful. She knows all the surrounding and can help with tips about restaurants, transport, tourist information and always has a smile on her face. Really lovely little place in town!

I like the nature of the person Ms. Hema, She was so polite friendly nature, and respectful person. She treats us like a family and takes care of everything. The best part of the stay is the personal attention provided by caretakers and the security and the support provided for some odd requests without any if’s (or) buts. I would like to continue to be their guest next time always. It’s budget-friendly for us and we have a big size room and the toilets are very clean.

"Comfortable and Minimal Stay in the Heart of Pondicherry!" I recently stayed at Skyway Rooms during my visit to Pondicherry, and it turned out to be exactly what I needed—a no-frills, clean, and comfortable space to unwind after a day of exploring the city. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with a touch of simple yet elegant décor. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the air conditioning worked flawlessly, which was a huge relief in the humid weather. The Wi-Fi connection was stable and reliable, making it easy to plan my activities and stay connected. While the hotel doesn’t provide breakfast or food services, its central location more than makes up for it. There were plenty of amazing cafes and restaurants just a short walk away, offering a variety of cuisines to suit all tastes. I spent most of my days outdoors, visiting the Promenade Beach, Auroville, and other iconic attractions. The staff at Skyway Rooms were warm, friendly, and always willing to assist with directions and local tips, which made my experience even better. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly, clean, and conveniently located place to stay in Pondicherry, Skyway Rooms is a fantastic choice. I would happily stay here again for its simplicity, comfort, and great value!

Property owners were particularly welcoming to every inconvenience we faced so the overall stay was really good. It's a good choice and I'd say value for money too especially for a group of friends travelling together as they also provided board games as well.
