The rooms were great and the beds comfortable. We stayed for dinner and the food was amazing. It was our son's 24th birthday and they were kind enough to order for us a cake to celebrate. Hosts are amazing and kind and it would have been great if we would have stayed a few days, but the ring road did not permit this. Parking right outside our door.

The lady doing the check-in and preparing the breakfast was super nice. The room was comfortable. everything was clean. Wifi was very good. The location was perfect since the next day we had an activity just 10 min away driving (Ice caves)

First time staying in hostel, wasnt sure how all works regarding shared things,information was provided yes and all read. Very happy that you still had your personal little house and toilet. Location was perfect ,stayed one night and very affordable,if needed would definetely come back.

Nice calm location, and very good breakfast, especially the home-made lamb pate was amazing!

That was one of my favorite guesthouses during our round-trip around iceland. Thora is very nice, we had a yummy breakfast in the morning and compared to the rest of the guesthouses, we had good walls, didn't wake up from our neighbors. A really nice place to stay at. Would definitely recommend.

Everything about this guesthouse is great! The owner was icelandic and very friendly. She even let our friend to use the showers for free and sleep in her camper van on the property! The guesthouse is well equipped (2 shared bathrooms/restrooms!) and the breakfast was yummy, with homemade products. The bedroom was roomy, with comfy beds. Everything was clean and functionnal. The location is pretty quiet and the view is nice over the fields. You can see the ocean in the distance.
