We spent 4 nights here, and honestly – we would have stayed even longer. The host, Iris, is incredibly kind, caring, and it’s clear that she puts her whole heart into what she does. Her hospitality truly impressed us. The breakfast? The best we’ve ever had! A huge selection – sweet, savory, hot, cold, and even gluten-free options upon request. Everything made from high-quality ingredients, with many homemade products. A real delight! The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and the beds are very comfortable – we slept wonderfully. Parking is free and conveniently located right across from the house. And a big plus – the accommodation was very welcoming for our dog, who always travels with us. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We wish Iris lots of happiness and good health. May she continue to do well! We highly recommend this accommodation.

really, everything! the little town is amazing, quiet, green, clean and very well maintained. the room is new, warm, well insulated, very clean. same for the bathroom. and our hosts!! wow! this is what a real b&b experience should always be! they greet you upon arrival like you're part of the family, they are very simple and at the same time well educated and polite. we were invited to use the kitchen if and when we needed it, breakfast was awesome and extremely flexible according to your taste. hope I could be there again and enjoy the beautiful view and the cozy atmosphere.

The garden is vast and extraordinary. It's beautiful with the two ponds and especially the children enjoyed the anymals: they have peacocks, a horse, goats and cute cats. Just 2 minutes by bike is the river tagliamento where you can play (swim) . The house is very clean and the hosts provide you with everything you need. They are very generous and offer a very good Continental breakfast. We spent there one night on our cycle toour from tarvis to grado but could have easily stayed longer. We can absolutely recommend the place!
