The room was exactly as shown in the pictures - spacious, luminous, and beautifully decorated. On top of that, the beds and pillows were really comfortable and the commodities available very useful (coffee machine, kettle and mini fridge). The high definition TV had plenty of channel options and the Wi-Fi was fast and stable. The location is great - quiet and central if you want to explore the historic centre of Milan by foot, and just a few minutes away from the nearest metro stop which connects you to Milan's main train station in no time. There is no onsite reception, but the self check-in instructions were very clear and the communication through WhatsApp went smoothly at all times.

Very clean, easy walking distance within everything especially if you’re staying just for a quick trip and need to access the main train station. 10 min by foot and then a lovely 20 min walk right into center. Room was very clean, modern with everything you need!

Loved the accessible location with the metro station and Lidl walking distance away. The features of the room were enjoyable, including a comfy bed, and the host was so helpful and incredible towards me, very gracious, so warm, kind, with lovely hospitality. The apartment was super comfortable and clean, with all required facilities. Andrea, the host/owner was so helpful with directions, booking us a taxi, and in general, communication was easy and convenient (as we're English speaking, not Italian). The size of the apartment was great - very spacious for our family of 3 - 1 main bedroom with a king/queen size bed, and 1 bed in the hall area which would fit up to 2 people. Beds were so comfortable, was so difficult getting up haha 😀 Bathroom was so clean, shower was soooo relaxing, towels and toiletries provided. Location was decent from all the main spots in Milan - most convenient way to get around is the metro. Neighborhood and stay was safe, no issues/problems faced. All in all, a wonderful stay and would highly recommend! 😀
