I'm delighted to have found this hotel; the room was impeccably clean and equipped with all necessary amenities. Its convenient location facilitated a full day of shopping. The room was very clean and the self check-in was easy. Antonio is very helpful and answered every query. The location is good, it is around 15 minutes by metro from Milan Central station. It is walking distance (around 20 minutes) to Navigli. You can take the tram (No. 14 or 2) or the metro to the Duomo. It is greatly recommended.

The room was clean, easy to find, as had a later flight was given all the instructions and how to get into the property which was wonderful. The host even gave me suggestions of local places to eat at. Bus and metro is 5-10 min walk away. The hot tub was amazing used it twice was a big tub enough for two to share

Everything - 2 min away from the Scala, 5 min away from the Vittorio Emanuele Galeries, super clean & stylish, newly renovated, water & snacks included. But the best?! The people. An incredibly nice team - Sean & Sabrina. Sean welcomed me in the first day & helped me with basically everything. I needed to rent a car, carry my luggage, recommendations for some nice restaurants, everything. Sean did it all. All with a genuine smile and a desire to help me have a great stay. I traveled quite a bit, but, thanks to this experience, Milan & Crossing Manzoni rank 1st in my go-to destinations. I am looking fwd to return to Milan & stay here again!

Loved the accessible location with the metro station and Lidl walking distance away. The features of the room were enjoyable, including a comfy bed, and the host was so helpful and incredible towards me, very gracious, so warm, kind, with lovely hospitality. We had a truly wonderful stay at this apartment in Milan! Everything exceeded our expectations. The breakfast provided in the room was absolutely amazing — such a wide variety of options, all delicious. The place was very clean and well-maintained. The location is also perfect — just steps from the metro station, which gets you to the city center in no time. It made getting around super easy. We would absolutely recommend this place without hesitation. It was a beautiful and comfortable experience from start to finish!
