This property is in a wonderful location. Close to everything but the neighborhood is quiet and safe. Noel is an amazing host. He keeps the property meticulously clean and very well stocked. The room was super spacious and comfortable. We loved having the large patio to hear all the bells. We would definitely recommend Cà Beatrice and would love to stay again.

The property is very clean, finished in high standard. Modern design quality. The room is spacious. It is a quiet neighborhood, so we enjoy quiet time here. Which is very important. The location is convenient , both to the airport and to the train station, if you have big heavy luggage like me. :) Also it is convenient to any places in the city center. An absolute heaven on Earth. I'm on a month-long trip in Italy and I'm staying in a different apartment every two days, none of them I remember. This one I will remember for life. From the second you get to the gate, you can see how much effort and most of all, love, these people invested into making this place feel like a home - and not only for themselves but for everyone that happens to stop by. What you see on the photos here is not enough to capture the beauty of this place. The hosts are incredibly warm people and they even drove us to where we needed to go cause we were in a bit of a rush. Free of charge, out of the goodness of their hearts. 100000/10. I feel privileged to have been a guest of La Bricola.

We really enjoyed the stay at the hotel. Especially the host Petra is so kind and welcoming! There are always fresh fruits, coffee and water for every guest! Not forget to mention the nice rooftop terrace (picture added). On six days of the week the breakfast is at a local bakery (very close to the hotel) where locals go and the food is awesome! On the other day the breakfast is served at the hotel and also very very good :) The beach is directly in front of the hotel and there are a lot of bars and restaurants nearby.
