The staff were so helpful and friendly. Elena messaged me before arrival to assure me that our room would be ready at arrival (13:00) She was also available via WhatsApp for any enquiries during our stay and made some suggestions of places to visit and eat. So helpful and welcoming. Rosamarina was very attentive during breakfast service. Nothing was too much trouble! The grounds and pool are beautiful and serene. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning is a blessing! Parking outside is also a breeze which was really helpful. We would be very happy to stay again.

It was really an excellent experience to stay at Oasi Mondello, the owners Giuseppe and Rosalba were so nice and helpful, with the highest level of hospitality we have ever met - we felt ourselves like at home with parents' care :), the room was very clean and cozy, the view from the balcony was nice (trees, bushes, mountains), the property has their own parking, the area was calm, it took us about 15 minutes to go to the beach on foot. Many thanks for everything, we hope to see you again :)

It was a great size and perfect for our one night trip to Mondello. It was extremely hot and the air con was extremely helpful. It was our first time on Sicily and the staff were extremely helpful in helping us navigate and giving us advice on what to do.

We had a great stay at this brand-new accommodation in Palermo. Our host, Davide, is just starting out with renting, but he’s already doing everything right. He’s friendly, cheerful, and – above all – incredibly helpful. He made sure we had a safe and free parking spot, which took a big worry off our minds. All compliments to him – highly recommended!
