The location of the property was fabulous, and whilst parking isn’t easy in Montepulciano, the staff went out of their way to assist with this. Security and care was most evident with the lovely couple who run the accommodation.

We had a really nice stay in the hotel, the staff was attentive even before the arrival. The room was really comfortable and big, and in the center of the town. Great views as well. Breakfast was nice and you get the opportunity to chat with other guests.

Lovely, quiet and peaceful stay in a small private cottage. Loved it! Nice view from the garden; great pool for warm days. For pet lovers: dogs are allowed! Wifi was not the best, but overall we had an amazing stay (and amazing diner at Baccano Hostaria!). We’ll be back!

I spent 15 days in beautiful Italy and by far, hands down, the best of the four places I stayed was the five nights at Dimora Petrucci in Montepulciano. When I arrived, Oksana and her son greeted me, and her son immediately took my bags to my room. I noticed how nice the decor was throughout the hallways and in my spacious room. Everything was very clean and well organized. The air conditioning was great; it worked well, it was quiet, and not drafty. The shower was amazing. You might not think that is a big deal, but after dealing with the other places I stayed, this shower was a real treat. My bed was very comfortable; I felt confident it was clean and fresh. I have to say the best part about my stay at Dimora Petrucci was the owner, Oksana. She was so inviting and helpful with all my needs. I really felt welcome. If  ever I go back to Montepulciano, I will definitely stay at Dimora Petrucci again.

    Great location and great host. Clear communication upfront and extremely helpful service. Highly recommend a stay. Owner proud of his establishment and gave great tips for restaurants and bars. We surely enjoyed his professional attitude.
