Staff was very helpful from the very beginning of our stay sending us all the information and answering our questions. Localization couldn’t be any better, we stayed in the heart of the old city. Perugia is underrated and is the best place to plan other destinations like Assisi or Florence (only 2h away). Highly recommended!

We had no experience living with a host and a shared bathroom before, so it is difficult to judge compared to private apartments. However, Giuseppe and Perla did their best to make us satisfied. Very good communication with the host. Giuseppe gave us his parking space both nights, and made free coffee in the mornings. Quiet room, no street noise at all, great view from the window to the garden, and I especially liked the Eurasian blackcap singing in the garden. Enough bedding, comfortable pillows.

I recently stayed in this fantastic room and couldn’t have been happier with my choice: Great, friendly host: From the moment I arrived, my host was warm, welcoming, and went out of their way to make me feel at home. Excellent location: A quick 10‑minute stroll brought me straight to the heart of the city center—perfect for sightseeing, dining, and nightlife. Responsive and thoughtful: My host greeted me personally with a cold beer and bottled water, and was always just a message away whenever I had a question. Spacious room with shared terrace: The room itself was generous in size, and the shared terrace was an absolute delight for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Exceptionally good and affordable: High quality at an unbeatable price—this accommodation offers tremendous value without sacrificing comfort or convenience. I highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting the city—five stars all around!

    Budget accommodation in a great location, walking distance to the city, bus station and train station. Shared bathroom but I was aware of this so it was not a problem for me. Francesco speaks great English, is very helpful and a great host. For what I paid for two nights, I was happy with the accommodation.
