Surrounded by lush greenery and vibrant flowers, the entire estate feels like a dream you never want to wake up from. Every walk through the garden is a delight, with nature embracing you at every step. The villa itself is exquisitely decorated, filled with captivating paintings that give it soul and elegance. Our room was spotless, the linens fresh and fragrant—everything radiated care and comfort. Francesca and Novello were the heart of our experience—so warm, attentive, and ready to make everything perfect. Francesca’s cooking, made with herbs straight from the garden, was absolutely delicious—each meal a heartfelt masterpiece. We didn’t just feel like guests, we felt like family. A truly unforgettable escape.

We had no experience living with a host and a shared bathroom before, so it is difficult to judge compared to private apartments. However, Giuseppe and Perla did their best to make us satisfied. Very good communication with the host. Giuseppe gave us his parking space both nights, and made free coffee in the mornings. Quiet room, no street noise at all, great view from the window to the garden, and I especially liked the Eurasian blackcap singing in the garden. Enough bedding, comfortable pillows.

We stayed at casa di Luca for two nights and had the most amazing time. It wasn’t because casa di Luca was luxurious and hotel like, but more because it wasn’t. I have never felt so much at home, staying at someone else’s home. Luca was a generous host, welcoming, helpful and had the best of vibes. Me and my partner, sat outside on the “upcoming” terrace, with Luca and another amazing guest, where we talked for hours about life, big and small things. We all got to know each other very well. It has to be noted, that casa Di Luca is for the people with open minds, good vibes, social and not allergic of cats 😀🥰 this place is nothing like anything else you find on booking, it is special. It is home. The home of Luca and his furry friends. We loved every second of it. Thank you luca, Luisa and mr. W 😀 Pacone, Mami, Radiohead and Perugia ❤️ Bas & Joe

    Budget accommodation in a great location, walking distance to the city, bus station and train station. Shared bathroom but I was aware of this so it was not a problem for me. Francesco speaks great English, is very helpful and a great host. For what I paid for two nights, I was happy with the accommodation.
