I had an amazing stay at this property! Everything in the house was in perfect condition, from the equipment to the rooms themselves. The host was incredibly kind and responsible, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. He even came to pick us up from the train station, which was such a thoughtful gesture. He also provided us with valuable information on how to get to Urbino, San Marino, and other nearby destinations. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a top-notch experience. 10/10!

Everything was as described, and the hostess was an exceptionally kind and wonderful person, helpful in everything, very gentle and friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, we felt like we were on holiday more like at home of a family member.. We came for a race weekend at the Misano race circuit, and the location couldn’t have been better. 15-minute drive to the circuit with secure free parking available at the property. Mimmo was the nicest, most accommodating host ever. The place was clean and modern, had AC, towels, and cold water, and felt like a hotel. It exceeded our expectations by far. Given the price, 10/10 would recommend it to anyone who comes to the region. Thank you, Mimmo, for the pleasant experience.
