The staff were super helpful, both before and during our stay. We suspect they even bought a potty specifically for our stay, which we and our little one really appreciated! We'd definitely stay here again if we ever come back!

The room at first appeared a bit small, but with possibility to push our suitcases under the large bed it was ok. The arrangement of the appartment was very friendly, many personal aspects, very clean, bathroom large enough. The owner was extremely friendly, I regret I did not make a photo with him, his smile and great politness during welcoming us was just extraordinary. The owner told us where we can find a free parking lot, what is of great importance in Pienza, we have found a free water supply station just by th eparking, the water was nice cool and you could get also the "frizante" version well saturated. In a warm day we loved it!!!!!

    The location was absolutely perfect, literally inside Pienza and the large garden with furniture for each guest was a plus to have breakfast or a nice drink in the evening. Cinzia the host was incredibly professional and looked after us very well, ensuring we had everything we needed. A really great host!

    Have had a 5 night stay there. Situated in the center on Pienza everything is easy to get there and many people are around. So a quiet place like Giardino S. is highly recommendated. Il Giradino Segreto is a very well organized Spot. Cinzia is very much into making sure Guests feel fine. Communication is very good and in every way possible. She is very good host.
