Claudio is a great host and was available and quick to return messages all the time. The apartment was well catered and very clean. Close to grocery shops, beach and a short walk to the centre of town. I recommend the accommodation.

The location is close to the train station and the city centre but in a quiet side road. It was possible to take the bicycle into the apartment. The doubleroom was spacious and clean. The communal kitchen is completely new and extremely well equipped, you’ll also find ironing boards and machine and for an extra fee can use the washing machine! The owner is very welcoming and available to answer any questions you might have related to your stay.

The entrance was embellished with lots of gems and the common area was so cozy! The room was fairly small but it was really cute and very comfortable, it was lovely!

Super clean and comfortable room. Roby makes sure absolutely everything is perfect. The breakfast has so much choice and it was great to be able to use the bicycles to get to the beach.

At first I was a little scared because I thought this deal is a little too good to be true. I was really flashed when I arrived tho, It’s a wonderful appartment and it looks even nicer than on the pictures. It’s clean, and the location is really great. It’s 7 minutes away from the beach and pretty much in the middle of the old town. The owner of the place was super nice and attentive. We had a wonderful stay in the scalinata, and we would love to come here again.
