Everything. From the hospitality / responsiveness of the owner to the amenities and location. The owner shared a bunch of tips for exploring the island. There was a welcome basket, soft drinks and coffee. The room was spotless. It was beautiful and spacious. And easy to get to. I rented an e-bike right by the port (with a discount thanks to the owner) and got the property in about 10 minutes. The roof terrace was also amazing. It honestly exceeded my expectations. Great value for money.

Everything was great. The location is perfect and yes you can walk around the island and see all the most beautiful spots. The staff is great, you feel like home. I saw a few comments about the WiFi but honestly, take it as a bless, you don’t need it. Talk to people and you’ll be grand 👌🏽

The accommodation is in the family house's courtyard. There are four rooms with a terrace. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped. We were served breakfast every morning, which you ordered the day before. We had a combination of sweet and salty food as we are used to. You can also order dinner at very reasonable prices. The sea fish prepared by Paul's wife were from the realm of dreams. You can reach the beach in 10 minutes on foot. The locals are amiable people. We even played football with their sons. Paulo, if you are reading this, please say hello to Simone and Salvatore. They are great footballers. Of course, say hi to little Rachelle and your wife. We are glad we could be a part of your family for a while.

Perfect location to explore the island. Giacomo the host is the best host you can think of, providing tips for restaurants, beautiful locations etc. We randomly met him one day on the island and he kindly drove us to the most beautiful look-out spot on the island. Cant recommend DC House and Giacomo as a host enough.

A charming farm resort in a beautiful rural setting. The owners and the family are exceptionally kind and welcoming, felt so much care and kindness from their hospitality. The room was clean, spacious and cheerful, the bathroom was large with good shower. Amazing breakfast was served by the pool side - seasonal fruits and vegetables from the garden, homemade jam and yogurt, local pastries, and freshly baked bread, both savory and sweet. The highlight of the stay was the tour of the adjoining vegetable garden by the owners' father. My only regret is that we did not have time to spend more days at the resort.

Beautiful location! Lovely, fully equipped and clean apartment with a huge terrace and a wonderful garden full of lemon and orange trees. The breakfast was made by our hosts in the garden - coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice and homemade pastry - everything was delicious. Gennaro and Milena were very friendly and helpful during our stay. The location was close to everything, a short walk from the ferry station and the center of the island, 10 minutes walk to the beach. Perfect! :)

Before we started out journey to Procida, the host messaged, giving a full explanation of directions, check in and even offered to arrange transport once we landed on the island. The room was clean and modern. We had the upstairs apartment and were lucky to have the most incredible sky line view as well as having the perfect view of the sunset. Location was incredible. Close to restaurants on the north west of the island yet only a 25min walk to the hustle and bustle of Procida port which was nice when walking home and walking off our dinner!

    Large, unspoilt property, a magical, quiet location away from the hustle and bustle, which was not too high on Procida in May anyway. The shared kitchen was perfect, the two terraces on the roof and ground floor both are lovely, the outdoor showers, all the animal friends in the garden, the lovely hosts which were flexible and super helpful with everything
