We really had good time. The property is so new and clean. Staff have very good service with smile. He is so nice to let's us in before check in time for room which are ready. and helping us with luggage. Welcome drinks and sanck was great. we stay at Panorama room which is the biggest. You will love it. Big balcony with sofa and Jacuzzi. It is very good value for money. There is some few parking spots. Location of hotel can reach by car which is very few in Riomaggiore. Recommend you to use the luggage delivery service if you come by train. It's worth it. and he was so nice to offer us to go to hotel by car 1 person. Location for walk down hill to center is easy but not uphill. But we could use elevator which very convenience. Recommend to order their breakfast. Delicious and plenty.

We had an exceptional stay. Its proximity to the train station was a huge plus. The room was well-equipped with everything we needed, including lifesaving snacks, coffee and tea. The self-check-in process was easy, with detailed instructions from the owner, who also gave excellent recommendations for local activities and restaurants. She even secured discounts for the Cinque Terre Card. Highly recommended for a comfortable and convenient stay!

William and Alessandra were very kind hearted and went above and beyond. Always making sure we got the most of our stay, offered a rain poncho/umbrella, beach towels, baggage storage on day of checkout, access to a washing machine, and even cook us dinner when all the restaurants were closed due to a storm. Never had such an amazing host. I would 100000% recommend staying with them, you won’t regret it! Also, Riomaggiore is in my opinion the nicest of the 5 villages to stay.

We stayed in the double room with the terrace, and it’s THE BEST! My advice is to splurge on this room cos it had the most fantastic view!! I can just sit at the terrace all day watching the sunrise, moon setting, waves crashing etc. The room itself is not big, but the terrace is huge and definitely worth it. The host was super helpful and gave good advice on what to do.

We spend the evenings at the beautiful water front with a refreshing spritz. The host Daniele is really helpful, sharing useful information about the area and the hiking path + cinque Terre card.     Wow what an amazing property. Such a beautiful location, very clean and great hosts. Really convenient to get into La Spezia and also rioMaggiore. It’s a $2.5 bus ride. The view from the room is incredible and the photos don’t do the rooms justice. We loved our stay, thank you so much.
