The staff are excellent making you feel very welcome. Valet parking in a country that is not car friendly is exceptional. Don't miss the breakfast served to your room or rooftop canapés at sunset. This is by far the best hotel we experienced in Italy. The staff go out of their way to make you fell special and ensure you have a great experience. Location is second to none with very short walk to amazing places.

"Excellent location - only a 3-minute drive to the parking lot, from where you can take free escalators to the center of the old city (to the Duomo).
