The place is good, convenient transportation, as it is between Rome and the seaside. Rome, on a very good road, can be reached in half an hour. What impressed us the most was the staff's friendliness and help, even in personal matters. Comfortable beds, clean place, because the room is cleaned every day, there is a shower and bath, everything works perfectly, quiet environment, really suitable for one night or even several. If we ever travel again, we will definitely stay here.:)

The location is a bit hard to find and a surprise as it is in an industry park.. The room is simply perfect and the kindness of the owner is superb. Limited rooms but recommended if you are in the surroundings of Aprilia

This is an easy 10/10... First of all, Geraldine is a wonderful host! The place is peaceful, even the air is much better than in the citycenter:) You can get into Rome quickly by train/metro. The station is just 2 minutes on foot from the accommodation. If you want to have a good rest, this is the perfect place to stay!

Very cozy house in quite and safe area with two shops just two minutes away. Max and his mum are amazing people who make you feel very welcome and help with all your needs. Access to the kitchen and just six minutes away from sea side(driving), local public transport is available. Would definitely come back to this place again.
