The temple is located in nice place, but get there by bus need inquire the bus timetable in advance. night star view is beautiful. and morning zazen course is unique experience in my life.

RIght next to the station. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Really good onsen that can be booked - officially 30 minutes per room, but we had a 4 person room and they could help us book a longer timeslot if it wasn't too busy. The whole house is traditionally Japanese and simply beautiful. The hotel also has a little kitchen with a microwave and a vending machine. Very practical!

Great location, next to the Hayatama Taisha temple, 2 mins walk to the bus stop that will bring you to the main spots in Kumano area. The place is totally clean and the owner is very kind and friendly. The best guesthouse in Japan. I totally recommend it.

I really like the owner. She was really very helpful and helped me for my trip so much. The place itself was also nice and clean. She also hasva small shop selling some sweet bun. If you try it bewsre the birds around shingu who stole half of mine. 🙂

We had a great stay at your place. The location was perfect, making it easy to visit everything we wanted. What made our stay extra special was how friendly and helpful the owner was. We were blown away over how great Ajito Hostel was! We couldn’t believe it is a hostel. The quality was far above a good hotel! The place was so neat, beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable and with so many services like free coffee, local fruit, water and fresh bed every day! Everything seemed brand new. It was truly the best place we’ve stayed on our trip through Japan so far. We highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful old-style guesthouse right next to Hayatama Taisha. The location is absolutely amazing. Hayatama Taisha is literally steps away from the front door. There are river views from the room and the tatami floor rooms are beautiful.

The most beautiful japanese style bedroom I stayed in. Furnished with a low table and a seating pillow, it almost felt like an entire Tina flat. The common room downstairs also looked great! All in all a wonderful guesthouse with a really authentic atmosphere to it!
