THIS is the experience you want in Japan. Away from the city in a traditional japanese house, clean and comfy with a spiritual depth to it. Host is amazing, Yossy is a very friendly and caring person, he will do his best to make your experience in Kumano-shi unforgettable, take you on tour or share a meal in a local restaurant. It was amazing. A lovely little traditional Japanese house with a small garden. Very close to the sea. We were greeted by romantic night lighting

The location is insane ! It’s hidden in the woods and we were able to see some wildlife such as deers ! We definitely recommend this stay for the quality/price ratio.

Good location when walking Iseji to/from Kumanoshi. Small but clean and modern bathroom unit. Washing machine free use. Large room with two futons as in picture. Common area to relax in. Had an excellent dinner and solid breakfast. Friendly and helpful host.

Everything. The interiors, everything is so clean. He also has a lot of free stuff like the shave ice which we thoroughly enjoyed, the bath was amazing the whole place is an old Japanese house with modern fittings inside. We really enjoyed our stayed here. We will definitely come back here. The staff was amazing and really helpful. It is also close to the shrine.
