We spent Christmas Eve at this incredible traditional location, and it could not have been more magical. The hosts were so kind, always ready to help with anything, including picking us up from the station. We had the most comfortable futons with a beautiful view of Mount Fuji. Best hotel we stayed at, would recommend 100% ☺️

The most beautiful Japanese room I've stayed in, on a stunning location and so cheap! Too bad Fuji wasn't showing, but it did not detract from the whole experience. The host was so friendly and helpfull, thank you for your tips!

Thank you so much Jamoo for your warm hospitality. You made us feel welcome in your wonderful facility. Easy check in/out process, high quality of vegetables, smooth bath water, comfortable beds and adequate space heaters. The outside view from our room was amazing. Everything was good and just right. Location was perfect to go around Yamanaka lake, very near the bus stop. Some shops and convenience stores nearby. Both the hosts speak good English , very nice and accommodating. The place was very cozy, rental cycles and Mt Fuji view!

This is one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed in my life. It is a historical house (oshi no ie) where pilgrims used to stay before visiting shrines and climbing to the summit of Mount Fuji. The neighbourhood is historical and has other houses you can visit, but this is one of the few you can stay. The neighbourhood also offers some options of restaurants, and there is a konbini nearby. The house owner is a very kind and gentle woman. Especially if you can speak Japanese, she can tell you all about the house, but I suppose it is worth staying there even if you don't.

Super convienent location, just minutes away from the train station. Staff is friedly and helpful, hotel is clean and neat. There is a dinner area where you can use the microwave for food from convienent store (also nearby) or you can even cook, with utenils provided.

This Guesthouse is located close to the bus station which is very conveniant if you don't have a car. It is a typical Japanese house so it was a fun experience! The place is very clean, cozy and the staff is helpful and kind. I had a very good time there. Thank you!
