The owner us the nicest guy, he really wants you to feel like home. He is very caring, giving you tips and also putting fruits or other little things on your table while you are waiting. The food is also very good and the common room is very cozy. He helps to reduce plastic and so he lets you refill your water bottle for free. It's a bit outside the touristic area but the tuktuks are quite easy and cheap to get so it's no problem. We also enjoyed being a bit outside of the main area. For 3$ you can use the close by gym with swimming pool. We enjoyed our stay a lot and also learned new things about combodia. Would definitely recommend the homestay to everybody!

I really liked the style of the room and the facilities it provided. They had everything you needed, from a TV to an electric shower with nice, hot, consistent water. The staff and owner were really nice and welcoming. They had a bar downstairs that also had live performances every night at 8. It's at a great location, within walking distance to the grand Palace and near the river.

Relaxing in the swimming pool (clean by the way). Soaking up the sun. The property has everything including cutlery, a kitchen sink, cloths, office table, hot shower, cups and the like. I enjoyed my stay and can't complain in the slightest.

We really enjoyed our stay at Nice Guesthouse. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a quiet street, but there are still lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance.

    I loved that this was very much a home stay. In the common area it felt like being in a family lounge. Panha was an amazing host. I kid you not, this man got up at 0130 to take me to a bar across town to watch the Euro 2024 finals. He stayed with me at the bar even though he’s not really a football fan, then drove me back at 0400!!!

    They are very good hosts and the homestay is very clean with very good food. You are getting excellent value for your dollars. I have had a very enjoyable time with the hosts Panha and Mae. I highly recommend staying here. The rooms are spacious with large beds.
