The lady that owns the guesthouse is gorgeous, limited English but very helpful with what to see and do in the area including a map of the area. Location of guesthouse was perfect for sight seeing in Gyeongju. Walking distance to ask the major sights and from a bus stop to the Buddhist temple 30mins out of town.
