Facilities were great, room was super clean, comfortable and very nice. Jeremy was a fantastic host and went well out of his way to be accommodating, lending me his bike for a short trip and also giving me a few extra Kip to pay for my taxi ride to the bus station after I miscalculated my exchanged funds.

The guest house is set in a lovely, quiet location with covered tables and chairs dotted about under a grove of trees. Our room was well furnished with side tables, a desk, a wardrobe, air conditioning excellent wifi. The bathroom was small but very clean with a hot shower and good plumbing. The hotel also has a garden bar which is perfect for an evening beer. There is also plenty of secure parking. The lady who runs the hotel is very friendly and has a wonderful sense of humour. She tries very hard to speak English and did everything she could to make our stay as comfortable as possible. For a budget hotel, this is an excellent choice. Highly recommend.

Memories were created in this gorgeous family guesthouse. Nallee and Sean were the perfect hosts. Very helpful with arrival from and departure to Pakse, the hire of the automatic scooter for two days. Our accommodation, Bungalow Deluxe was delightful with amazing views of the Mekong and no mosquitoes. The restaurant spotless, food delicious from Juices to Lap, Pad, Thai, Rice, Chips, Schnitzel and Salads, everything fresh from the daily market......

    Nice little home stay, big enough room, clean (great idea to provide a squeegie (spelling?!)in the bathroom ), very nice breakfast, great to have access to water; And the owner saved us when we got out of the bus super early in the morning and were able to access the room, life savior!!

    Very comfortable & clean. It's small and intimate with the special attention that comes with it. I only stayed 1 night but was very happy with everything. Xavier and his wife are great hosts. I wanted to book another night in a few days time but they were sold out for weeks... I'm not surprised. I definitely recommend this place if they have a room.
