I almost never give a 10 out of 10 rating. What Ashok is doing with this place sets a new standard for Sri Lankan hospitality. The rooms are faultless, great bed, great space, super new and clean. His food is also super tasty and his support and friendly attitude is just wonderful.

It was really good, a lovely host, a clean and spacious room, there is a TV, air conditioning and ventilation! There is a kitchen with lots of things and a place to fill water, the Wi-Fi also works really well

Location is close to the beach. The owners are very kind and if you want to know more about Sri Lanka, you can have a very interesting chat with them. Room is very clean and comfortable! The food is also very tasty.

Beautiful garden clearly made with a lot of love and care, idyllic location near the beach while still quite close to town centre. Really relaxing lovely place! The room was really lovely and comfortable. Also I forgot something in the room and the owner was super lovely about it and very motivated in looking for it and giving it back to me.

A lovely stay in a remote location. Quite limited in regards to local facilities, but perfect for those looking to escape the crowds. The owner and caretaker were wonderful, warm and friendly people, and the room was a great size and equipped for all you could need.

This place has a spectacular garden, terrace and very comfortable room with A/C. Arul received us even before the offical arrival time, let us park our tuktuk inside and gave us tips for local food & drink. They allow us to use the kitchen and the terrace with the garden view. It's not in the centre of the town, which means a quiet location, but if you want to go to the town you will need a tuktuk (taxi or your own transport). Very good value for the money. The pictures I took are from their beautiful garden.
