The location is idyllic, surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty—it truly feels like stepping into a peaceful oasis. The rice and curry were delicious, with generous portions. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed and was invited to swim in the river. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive to everything I needed. A truly wonderful experience!

If you are a nature lover,this is the best place you should be.....I spent some wonderful days at Rainforest Mount Villa. The view and landscape is something special-amazing - the villas are right inside the rain forest!!!! And the balcony on the riverbank it was something I really enjoyed. Sarath - the owner of this lovely place, its an amazing man, an excellent jungle guide, professional, generous, and very friendly. It was really nice days that we experienced and we felt right welcome. Finally, there were great tips for our further trip. When we missed the bus just a little, he even drove it miles behind him, so we still get him.

Incredibly friendly people, great food, nice room in a beautiful rural setting. Sunil is a retired Sinharaja park guide who even took me to a nearby place to find a rare owl. So nice!!

Our stay at Sinharaja Forest Lodge was truly relaxing. The lodge is surrounded by lush tea plantations and beautiful greenery, making it a perfect escape into nature. The owners were very nice people and we had plenty of space for the family with three kids. It's at the edge of the rainforest, and everything is green around the house. The breakfast was perfect, even my choosy daughter had good variety. We had a rainforest tour with the owner's father, and this little old man was the best choice we could make. He spotted all the animals on the way and simply couldn't stop explaining everything on the way, and finally we ended up having the tour two hours longer than planned. If you also go with him give our greetings to him. We would return any time.
