Jayantha and his wife made sure that they made our stay memorable inspite of checking in at 1130 pm. The following morning they made sure we had our teas and coffes and was also kind enough to drive us to the airport. Another great example of ari lankan hospitality. We only stayed here about 12 hours but my parents totally loved it and loved the hospitality. The building is exceptionally well maintained for being over 100 years old with all the bathrooms upgraded with a modern contemporary minimalist feel with open spaces and very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat. Less than a 3 min drive to the airport, please stay here on your way into and out of colombo especially if a long journey awaits you. Highly recommended. 5/5!!

We stayed at this hotel arriving with a late flight and at the end of our holiday before the flight back. It is very easy to reach from the airport. The hotel is nice and clean and the owners will help you with whatever you need! We can only recommend it.

Sampath's hospitality is truly unmatched! Despite my very late check-in, he provided invaluable immigration advice to avoid hassle, made me feel incredibly secure as a solo traveler, and even personally dropped me at the airport on his bike at 6:30 AM. His warmth (along with his wife's) made it feel like staying with family. The villa's peaceful garden setting with seating was perfect for relaxing/smoking, the room was spotless with a comfy bed, great AC, hot shower, good Wi-Fi, and a lovely scent. As the only guest, Sampath stayed overnight in the villa just for me – going far beyond expectations. His expert local tips for my motorcycle trip (including nearby rentals and route advice) were the cherry on top!

Wonderful stay! The host was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The room was spotless, very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. We had to leave at 4 AM, and they kindly prepared a nice takeaway breakfast for us. Highly recommended!

I loved my stay at the villa! It is a little oasis near the airport. The perfect place to relax before or after a flight. Beautiful pool and garden, comfy hang-out areas, and a super comfortable bed. The food was absolutely amazing. I've been in Sri Lanka in a total of almost 1,5 years, and it was one of my favorite meals. The owner and his sister are both super kind and welcoming.
