The hosts are the best, super kind, friendly and helpful, can help with tours and transport. They made us the best breakfast. The rooms very big and are completely new well-equipped (rain shower, hot tab, hot water, mirror, kettle,...), great bathroom, nice terrace , the bed was huge and really comfy and everything was super clean. The entire facility is very modern and well maintained. Wonderful quiet village, cargils supermarket and fruet store is very close, less than 5 minutes walk. The place is very calm and close to Bentota city center, about 10 minutes ride. Close to lunch-dinner places. Would 100% recommend it. Thank you so much for everything!

There are no words to describe this place—just book it and experience it yourself! Cleanliness is top-notch, meeting European standards. A beautiful place situated 2 minutes from the beach. Really well presented, extra touches to make everything appear special with flowers on the bed and on dining table. Beaches and pool towels are also provided which is very handy. We and an evening meal which was very tasty and plentiful. Yes indeed the area has more mosquitoes than perhaps others but the hotel takes many steps to alleviate the nuisance. We didn’t find the railway a bother at all. All in all a great place and happy to recommend.

Great place to stay in Bentota within a 5 minute walk to the best beach in the area. There are also good eateries around with excellent food and reasonable prices. The rooms at the villa are maintained to the highest standards, very clean, hot water, kitchen, cutlery, complimentary tea/coffee. Channa, the host , and his family are very supportive, helped to arrange airport transfer and some other trips. Strongly recommend.

Aayu was super friendly, providing us with all kinds of information we needed. The breakfast was fresh with a big selection of fruits, along with yoghurt, toasts, sausage and eggs and delicious homemade cake! Very close to the beach, clean facilities and a cute teddybear-like watchdog! Will always come back to this place when near Bentota!

I absolutely loved this place. It was a 5 min walk to the beach, and cleaner than any place I've stayed in before. The family were incredibly warm and accommodating. I would recommend wholeheartedly.
