The property owner Mr. Indrajeet alias Shantha was very friendly person. He was supportive and helpful through out the stay of one week. The room cost is economical and very clean. He has TukTuk where he can help with your travel anytime. The property is just 5-10 minutes away from the airport and close by to the Negombo beaches and sight seeing places. Best choice for the Transist and Sight seeing. Very safe area for the women travelers as well.

Beautiful oasis by the river. Bungalows are comfortable, cool, and tastefully decorated. Be sure to wander on the path at dusk and at dawn to see all the birds. I would give 11/10 if I could! Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Room was spacious with a clean bed, AC, balcony and attached washroom. Housekeeping was very satisfactory. Airport is 10 minutes away. Public transport is 500m away with connectivity to Airport / Negambo/ Colombo City / Kandy in day time. Pickme/Uber works for food and ride. Supermarket until 10pm and Beer shop until 9pm is 1km away. This property is in a serene farm view with a small yet beautiful garden. We used the kitchen for self cooking and washing machine with reasonable payment per use. Host Mr. Sarath showed excellent hospitality to make our stay comfortable. Booked for 3 days initially and extended 4 more days as the property was comparatively clean, reasonably priced and felt safe like in home.

We loved this place. The house was a beautiful, calm place to be before our long flight and the welcome we received was second to none. The high ceilings were so unusual and gave a lovely sense of space. We ate some of the best homemade food in Sri Lanka too, a lovely touch for our last night. Thank you Hashini and parents!
