One of our favourite places in Sri Lanka. On the road to Kandy lies a perfect little place with great facilities. The food is amazing (we also got some extra, fresh jackfruit during the afternoon), the staff is very friendly, the bed is great, shower lovely, the Wifi quick, communication swift, and it's affordable. Clean, quiet and very friendly host. We came from a wedding and it was quite late in the evening, yet Chandra warmly welcomed us in. Would recommend The Golden Residence. Great value for money and the beds were very comfortable too!
