This was the cleanest room we had during our trip in SL. Room had AC and a view. Mohan has a lot of experience and this is very noticeable. He's a born entertainer with lots of stories and a true gentleman. The bathroom was fully equipped. I'll definitely stay here again when I come back to Colombo.

I stayed 4 nights at Jay’s Guest and absolutely loved it! The room and kitchen were super clean, and the whole place felt like home. It’s perfect if you want to cook your own meals or do laundry during your stay. If the location works for you, I’d definitely recommend it.

Very large room with kitchenette and bathroom, huge flat screen smart TV and A/C. The entire floor has a series of similar flats opening to terrace and landing with microwave, ironing board and laundry lines. Very convenient location near Maharagama centre near the Colombo-Batticaloa highway and at a few minutes from Kotte and Polwatta. The host is fully proficient in accommodating all nationalities and provides a plethora of amenities for either cooking, cleaning, or refreshments. He also was assisting to further my trip in the most budget friendly and efficient manner. All of it for an unbeatable value for money rate.

Great value for the price. Located in a quiet neighborhood, only a 15-minute tuk-tuk ride to the center of Colombo. The host was very friendly and approachable, and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The room was clean and tidy. Exceptional and unique. Service and cleanliness was impeccable. The room itself is very spacious, and at a comfortable temperature despite the heat outside. Piyanth, our host, was friendly and accomodating. Highly recommended - the sort of experience you will not find in any hotel or resort. We were pleasantly surprised, and the very high rating is well deserved.

The accommodation has a stunning design, you could easily spend hours in the lobby just analyzing the beautiful collection of design objects. The pool is just perfect, the staff is very helpful. Everything is super clean, the breakfast is absolutely delicious, the bed is super-comfy, the garden is an oasis. For us, two adults and a 5 years old, this was the perfect way to start our adventure in Sri Lanka. Thank you.

We stayed here for 2 nights and the room was very big And comfortable. Staff was very Nice to us. Owner made us Sri Lankan breakfast every day and we even got driven to restaurant that was very Nice. There is pool on the back And it's big enough for some swimming too.

An amazing place with a great heart. lots of beautiful arts and crafts, the swimming pool was perfect, the room was very convenient and well designed, and last but definitely not least - the team!!     Great host. Really helpful in nature, peaceful location, a bit farther away from main attraction area of Colombo, a bike/scooter/tuk tuk/bus needed for commuting between Galle face, Pettah, Fort area. Great budget option. Really homestay like feeling, finally stayed there for more than one instances, the owner became a friend, still in connection with her. Without a word she agreed to keep our luggage when we were out of Colombo for further journey. Would like to repeat the same option of staying here.

    Shiranthi is a lovely host. She gave us a lot of useful information and made us tea every morning. The location is a little outside of Colombo but reachable very easily and cheap by local bus. It felt like home for 3 nights. We would definitely recommend
