We loved this accommodation. Located in Rangala and not far from the Knuckles Mountain Range, our room had a fantastic mountain view. The room was spacious and clean and the owner was very welcoming. There is a beer house downstairs which was a great way to meet some of the locals. The food we had for dinner and breakfast was excellent.

We liked everything about the property! The location and view is amazing, the host and staff are communicative, helpful and obliging, the house itself with it’s beautiful garden has a unique style and charisma, the food is delicious. We put 10 out of 10 because we cannot put more. The area is amazing, off the beaten-path Our host Rohana is extremely knowledgeable about his country and more, his English is very good, we could converse with him for hours. The dishes prepared by himself and Nisha were absolutely delicious. Last but not least, the room has the biggest bed that we have never seen and comfy, the view is breathtaking on the landscape, sunrise, sunset,… This place is an hidden gem for nature lovers, people seeking for authentic and genuine encounters with locals. Merci Rohana for this unforgettable experience <3

Our stay at Galkaduwa360 Villa was truly exceptional! From the moment we arrived, our host, Susantha, made us feel incredibly welcome. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience. On our departure day, he even drove us to the train station and helped us get there just in time to catch our train – a lifesaver!!! The views from the villa are stunning, offering a perfect backdrop for relaxation. The dinner was another highlight. Susantha prepared a delicious meal for us that wasn’t spicy, which was much appreciated as we found most food in Sri Lanka to be a bit too spicy for our taste. We highly recommend Galkaduwa360 Villa and want to thank Susantha for his outstanding hospitality. We would definitely return!

Good food, very kind owners. They gave us a lot of information about Kandy, Buddhism, Sri Lankan history and culture. The Lady borrowed us an umbrella. Sadly we havent tried the cooking lesson.
