An absolutely wonderful place to stay when visiting Anuradhupura as it is so close to the ancient city. Quiet, next to the rice fields and a lotus pond. Food was spectacular and both the owners had the most wonderful smiles!

we had a wonderful stay. Our hosts, Mapa and Kanesh, were welcoming, generous, and spent time talking and laughing with us. Mapa is a wonderful guide and took us to many places with wonderful explanations, truly enriching our experience! Kanesh is an amazing cook, and the food was delicious. The entire place is spotless, the room was very comfortable.

We stayed at Sandakada Homestay during our holiday and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The hosts were warm, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel at home straight away. The garden was beautifully maintained with a variety of exotic plants, creating such a peaceful atmosphere. Breakfast was fresh, healthy, and delicious each morning.
