Don't be put off by the short walk up from Perast or down from the road. The place is an oasis of calm, with generous room sizes with great views overlooking the ocean and a great pool and chill area. Highly recommend staying here for a few days while you explore or just relax.

The paradise garden and the terrace were unexpected and beautiful. The splendid view from the balcony adds so much to the charm of the appartment. But what I liked the most was the feel of real life in the whole house - nothing pretentious, everything is simple and clean, good architecture, the house is loved and is well taken care of, private and common areas are well organized and feel healthy - I could live there)))

The place is extremely clean and neat. The atmosphere is very nice being the room part of the host's house, but you also get your own space and privacy as it is separated from the rest of the house. The host is extremely welcoming, warm, and fair. She wants the absolute best for her guests, let me tell you why: as my flight was leaving early morning I was exploring the options on how to get there (keep in mind the location is about 1km away from the airport so walking could be an option if you don't mind being on the side of the main road). Upon sharing my options with the host, she immediately discouraged me from taking a taxi (this would have been about 10€...not too much for a European standard but overpriced to the eyes of the locals). Long story short, she actually volunteered to drive us, at 6am on a Saturday, free of any additional charge....tell me this isn't an example of good hosting. PLEASE DONT TAKE MY WORDS AS A SERVICE SHE PROVIDES ON A REGULAR BASIS.

The location is the best if you want to stay inside the walls. With the new free parking, it's just a few minute walk to the room. The room was very new and clean. The bed was so comfortable I was able to get to sleep within minutes. The hosts were friendly and cared deeply that I enjoyed my stay. I will return in September.
