This house was very comfortable and well-organised with everything you could need. It’s in a nice part of Cancún that is by the beach but not too touristy. I arrived with food poisoning and the hosts were very caring and thoughtful.

Good location, close to the beach, bus stops and plenty of local seafood restaurants. The staff is very professional and helpful. We enjoyed different delicious breakfasts every day, including fresh fruit. The owner rented us two bicycles for a symbolic price, giving us more opportunity to explore famous sights of Cancun.

My partner and I had a great experience with our host Enrique and Enrique junior both are fantastic warm welcoming people that we enjoyed interacting with. Enrique is a great host, he's very friendly and a nice person and well informed of the areas in Cancun, PLAYA del CARMEN and TUlum for advice. The room we had was a nice big and clean bed, with nice comfy pillows and bed sheets and came with a functional A.C ( Air Conditioner), room was always fresh and cool. The washroom came with clean towels, hand liqued soap and body wash bar that smelled refreshing. Location is inside a gated community and is very safe. The private beach is so nice! We didn’t want to do a tour and instead spend all day at the private beach, because it’s so beautiful and relaxed. The host is super nice and even gave us rides! Also very good breakfast. Would always come back!!
