This place was the best for me as I was by myself. I needed a place that wasn't dodgy and had good safety points. I took RM30 grab to get here, and I may be a bit further than Kota Warisan but I didn't want to stay in a budget hotel in dodgy areas because I was a female travelling alone. When u get here, it's well-lighted, there's a guard in the lobby, and because this is a self-signed in apartment, there's a door card access, and lift card access. I was super happy with it. The unit that I was in had everything one would need for a transit stay. Cute unit with bed, table, tv, fridge, bathroom, toiletries, towels, a closet, stove and all the utensils, plates and bowls, kettle and some cookies for the weary and hungry. also easy to order food delivery and there's a mamak place nearby if u'd rather eat at a restaurant. Admin was prompt in replying to my questions. At this price point, I would definately stay here anytime I have to transit in KLIA.

I’m thrilled to be the first guest at this homestay, and I had an amazing experience! The facilities are all complete – there’s a TV with Astro, fast Wi-Fi, and great air conditioning. The place is very clean and smells fresh, which made it feel so welcoming. The host was friendly and quick to respond, making sure I had everything I needed.
