Comfortable stayed. Smooth checked in. Great services by the owner, friendly. Superb clean, keep up the good work (my big priority when choosing place), big pressure water. Mostly complete, got water heater, microwave, bread toaster, induction cooker, iron n iron board, hairdryer, utensils. Wow for the Wi-Fi, my kids enjoy Youtube on Tv. Facilities around all great since this is quite new place. Guard round most the time. Swimming pool great and the view okay, don't forget swimming attire is a must. Will come back next time.

We are in luck because the property is new! We chose to stay here because we wanted to experience how is it feels like staying in a local heritage houses in Penang. We love how the owner transformed the prewar shophouses into modern living heritage guesthouse while preserve the authenticity vibes of the property. Super clean ,clean air-conditioned ( new clean air-condition) ceiling fan ,big room common clean kitchen with free sugar tea coffee bread and pastrys gift from Aayu team ,our toilet and bathroom was private but as described it was outside of our bedroom (worked perfect for us),the best location you can have in George town is definitely this place ,all places malls, central bus stop, Armenian street ,art street ,china street all are about 10 -20 minutes walk, excellent communication with the responsible of the heritage villa, although the neighbourhood is alive afternoon and night with music restaurants etc the heritage villa is peaceful and relax unless you sleep before 22:00 which there is a little bit of local singing noice ,after 22:00 is silent ,safe neighbourhood ,safe parking outside of the villa for bikes

It's like a whole resort in one building. We booked this last minute and were surprised how much we loved it. Apartment is very big with plenty of space and a nice view of city at night. Beds were comfy, clean with good air con & fans. The TV area was good and finally a comfy couch for a movie night. There were even pods to wash our clothes that dried easily in the heat overnight. Everything you could need in the kitchen too. The floor that has the pool etc is amazing. 1 large but quieter pool in the shade by the gym but the opposite side as a second infinity pool that's very beautiful with a view of the sea. There is a coffee, smoothie and snack vending as well as a little takeaway vending machine for noodles and dumplings etc. You could stay here all day without needing to leave. We did pop in the roof to look at the views and have a peak. Was absolutely deserted and peaceful. We can't really comment on the lifts. We travelled during Ramadan which is apparently a super quiet time for travel. Lifts were fine for us but no idea about the rest of the year. (I only have a picture of one of the second bedroom. My sister stayed in the master en suite which was bigger and a bit nicer than my picture)

The location is pretty good since everything is walking distance, its a pretty chill and quiet atmosphere, perfect if you want to relax and just enjoy the city in a beautiful place. Would totally come back here if I had to! Also, the hosts are super nice if you want to experience a local recommendation they're super open and willing to help :)

Location, Security & Staff - Aayu Stewart is one of the best places I've stayed in of all my travels. Location is very strategic, you could simply walk around from all the good places Georgetown has to offer. Give it 3 to 10 minute walk and you're there. It's literally, right in the middle! Security wise, the neighborhood is very safe and quiet. Passcodes from the main door and to the room is very simple to follow. Shane and his family are very welcoming and very efficient. What's amazing about this place is that it is very well-kept but you won't even see the staff going around the house. Meaning to say, you still get your own privacy and the chance to enjoy the place all to yourself. Comfort & Cleanliness - I would have to disagree with one of the comments here that there are bedbugs in this place. There is just none. The bed is very comfortable, sheets are very clean with a very fluffy comforter and pillows. Bath towels and face towels are provided (which is just the best!), bathroom is very clean with hand soaps, bath soaps, and shampoo for you too! Shane and his family even provided a baby cot and a baby tub for my 2 year old daughter (without us asking). And the room smells good as well. Downstairs they have the common area where you will find the kitchen and dining area. Aayu Stewart did a good job on making these areas functional yet so cozy to enjoy with. They have a fridge, a microwave, kettle and dining utensils and a washing machine at your dispense. Humble snacks and drinks (coffee & chocolate drinks) are also provided. Value for Money - I couldn't say more about this place. It has everything we needed as a family of 3, who stayed at their Deluxe King room for 4 comfortable nights. It's amazingly cheap for all the things it has to offer honestly, without compromising on anything. It's just the perfect place to stay be it short-term or long-term.
