Very quiet and peaceful location accessible by public transport with a few buses a day. It is excellent for viewing the Aurora Borealis. The place is very nicely decorated, with very comfortable rooms. Highly recommend this place

We had a great time staying here. The host was so kind and generous and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable! The location was great too with a bus stop right outside, a supermarket 5mins walk and only a 20min walk into town.

Our stay here was incredible!! The guesthouse has a shared kitchen and bathroom but even at full capacity it was very easy to share the space. The accommodations are extremely clean and everything works well. The hosts are just next door so if you need anything (like a can opener!) they pop right over. The location was also perfect as it's directly next to a bus stop that goes to the airport and to town, and the bus system is extremely easy to use. I also liked that there was a Eurospar only a 5 min walk away. However, the most outstanding thing was our hosts, Vasilis and Luba. Luba was super responsive while we were planning our trip and did a great job organizing our tours and giving recommendations. Vasilis was our tour guide for reindeer and northern lights and we really appreciated how hard he tries to ensure everyone has a good experience. He will do everything he possibly can to make sure you see the northern lights!!! He was also fun and interesting to talk to, and is very knowledgeable about the area. He is also pretty handy with a camera! The hosts made this trip possible and it really shows why guesthouses are so much better than hotels ;) We also really appreciated being able to rent gear from the hosts, and I highly recommend anyone who doesn't live in a cold weather country to do the same!!!

Everything was wonderful! The host was very nice and helpful, giving great advice! The room is in a really cosy and warm house. Very comortable big bed, high standard bathroom, a fridge available. Entrance at any time possible thank to the code to the door. The bus stop is 3 min-walk from the house, where we can find a direct connection eg. to the centre and to the airport. The fact that the accommodation is not in the city centre is a great advantage! On the island there are a lot of reindeers ;) Really beautiful views. I highly recommend!
