We got to the location very late, 11:15 pm. The owner/operator was ready to meet us, helped us out as needed, answered all our questions and did not rush us through. He was great.

I had a wonderful experience staying here! The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and everything I needed for a transit visit. What truly stood out was their honesty and helpfulness. The owner was super friendly. I arrived early, and he was cool about it. I worked late and slept peacefully through till lunchtime. When I got up, I was treated to a lovely unexpected breakfast. He let me check out late because I needed to sleep from early morning till lunchtime before driving home. And the cost is cheap for such a lovely place to.stay.

This accommodation was a great stay for me in Auckland, and just excellent value for money! For less than the price of a hotel room, I had a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen/dining area and outdoors area all to myself, and all very private and peaceful. The host was super-helpful, and responded to any queries I had really quickly. It is located in a very local, authentic part of Auckland, only a short walk away from the metro station and bus stops, along with shops, eateries and a great local supermarket. The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful, and the accommodation had all I needed for a very comfortable self-catered stay in Auckland - thank you!
