Heather is an incredibly kind and helpful host! The place is spotless and very comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily book it again. The city center is just an easy 15-20 minute walk away, and the breakfast is delicious.

Hill Top Retreat was stunning in terms of rural panoramic views, pristine and stylish accommodation plus relaxation. The nearby Omaka Aviation Heritage Centre in Blenheim was an exceptional museum and we enjoyed the ambience of Blenheim - very relaxed with a Marlborough wine festival taking place which was low key but fun.

We weren't that close to town but we did love the location. Next door to sheep and a deer. Beautiful surroundings, and huge place. Hostess, and her kids, were lovely

    We liked everything at this property! Ursula is a great host! The house is new, spacious, cozy and extremely clean. The homemade jam for breakfast was super tasty. The view on vineyards in the morning is perfect! We wish we could stay longer! We want to come back!

    The hosts were very nice and accommodating. We were only there for one night but they gave clear instructions and even gave tips on a few wineries to go visit. First time doing a homestay and they were courteous. Room had a heater that warmed up the room quickly. Also had heated mattress pads (that were a little too hot lol). Also had 2 windows form our room with nice views of the city and mountains.

    Very comfortable and spacious room with separate kitchen. Situated right on the edge of a vineyard. Lovely host and conveniently situated for cycling the wineries.

    Location was very close to the centre of town, yet also very quiet. Shared bathroom (for 2 bedrooms) on a floor above the host family, who were lovely hosts - offered their carpark if I found it too far to walk (post-knee-surgery) from the other (off-street) park available.
