One of the best accomodation places we have ever stayed in. All round amazing in every way. Peaceful, restful with everything we needed and spotlessly clean. Little way out of town which added to whole experience. We would return in a flash.

We stayed at Shargmor Stable for two nights, and it was honestly the best place of our whole trip. The views were breathtaking, the fruit trees around the property made it so special, and every detail showed the love and care Syd put into creating this place. Syd is an incredible host – so friendly and welcoming, with inspiring stories about how he built it all. Now that we’re back home, we still miss the peace, quiet, and beauty of Shargmor. It’s a stay we will always remember.

Nice clean and quiet place. Has everything we need in the room. Netflix is cool and close the downtown. 24hrs hot water and the shower is strong. Blowing table in in the room, kids were having fun when it is raining and cold out side.

Amazing house. It's huge, super clean and comfy. Location is perfect as well. Instructions were super easy to understand. Will highly recommend this place!

The property is amazing, very beautiful

Beautifully stunning countryside location close to town. Accomodation was luxurious, with high quality homewares, furnishings and fittings. We loved the romantic serenity of the accomodation.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Kaimai Sunset Bed & Breakfast, and it exceeded all our expectations. As a family of three, we felt incredibly welcomed from the moment we arrived. The charming guest house boasts stunning garden views and a cozy patio, providing a serene atmosphere that immediately put us at ease. Despite being a bit remote, the peaceful surroundings made us feel like we were miles away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Our accommodation was nothing short of exceptional. The air-conditioned guest house featured one bedroom, one bathroom, and all the amenities we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. From the plush bed linen and towels to the well-equipped kitchenette, every detail was thoughtfully curated to ensure our utmost comfort. The terrace with mountain views was the perfect spot to unwind and take in the breathtaking scenery. One of the highlights of our stay was the delicious breakfast prepared by our gracious hosts. We were delighted to find a variety of options to choose from, including fresh fruits that were a delightful touch. The hospitality extended to us made us feel truly special, and we couldn't have asked for a better start to our day. Overall, our time at Kaimai Sunset Bed & Breakfast was nothing short of magical. From the warm welcome to the impeccable accommodation and delicious breakfast, every aspect of our stay was simply perfect. This was amazing! Attention to detail was awesome and Carmen and her husband thought of everything to make this one of the best places I've stayed. Amazing location close to Hobbiton and fantastic views!

The views are stunning. The hot tub was fabulous. The furniture was comfy. To top it all off they provided freshly baked bread and prepared waffle mix, allowing us to make our own waffles for breakfast which was fantastic, both were delicious!
