Tanjas & Johns place was very good. In the studio everything was perfect. The garden was beautiful and there was even a 30+ years old Kauri treetop visible as the name of the neighborhood suggests. Good WiFi. Good value for your money.

We stayed here for 2 nights as the weather forecast was too bad to stay in a tent. We were welcomed last minute with open arms in the most warm and homey place we stayed at. We were given many local recommendations, a drive to the nearby town to get our bike fixed (as we did not have a car), Maori language lessons and overall good company. We would definitely recommend to stay here, connect, relax and go for a quick dip in the hot tub! The facilities are very clean, beds extremely comfortable and showers very warm. The possibility to watch some Netflix next to the fire is an extremely comfortable extra!

It was clean, bright, new and very comfortable. It had everything i needed and it was very good value. The hosts were really lovely and made it their business to make my last few days in New Zealand as happy as possible.
