We love our hosts, Nikko, Lyca, and Sandra. The place is spotlessly clean. The apartment is very close to the pier, and transport is easily accessible if one would like to wander around the city. We had the great experience of being toured patiently, and it must be the longest tour because we left at 8 am. and didn't get back home till 8pm. Nikko was very accommodating and patient with our requests. He is also very knowledgeable in his field, and may we say a great driver. Our stay at Florentina Homes was an absolute highlight of our honeymoon in Dumaguete. The place truly exceeded our expectations—it felt like something out of a fairytale, with its charming atmosphere and beautiful decor. The front desk and staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, and they made our trip so much smoother with their helpful service. The property is conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to go shopping or explore the area. We also really enjoyed the free access to the swimming pool, as well as the complimentary airport and port transfers. Another plus was being able to book tours directly through them—we arranged our trips to see the dolphins in Bais and the whale sharks, which was incredibly convenient. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on our next visit. Thank you once again to the entire team at Florentina Homes for making our honeymoon so special!

We had a room with a shared bathroom and it was just amazing! The bathrooms were so beautiful, the room was a bamboo room and very clean, the staff was very nice - highly recommendation to other travelers. :) they even have a great pool and offer the best value for dives on the coast of Dauin.

The room which we stayed has a sea view balcony, where you can see the ocean directly. The resort host Nana is very kind and helped us a lot. They even provided us snorkeling gear, and you can snorkel right at the doorstep, where you can see beautiful coral.

Great location and great staff. Has bikes for rent and the owner knows all the good spots! The food is also very good and the coffee was solid! Can swim directly outside the room and enjoy the ocean sounds at night.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The location, the staff and the environment was perfect. Also the food and drinks are very nice and affordable. They do live music on the eveing wich suits perfect with the sunset timing. There's also a little beach in the hotel and it's perfect for a quick deep or just for lay there, relax and enjoy a good book. I would deffinetely recommend Swakihan Guest House if you are staying in Siquijor. We regret not extending our stay. Thank you so much for having us!! If we come back to the Philippines we will deffinetely stay here again! :)
