Weeroona is such a wonderful homestay. The family are so friendly and welcoming, you really feel at home here. Perfect location. Rooms are basic but just what you need to relax by the beach. The hosts were very helpful in arranging transfers and surf lessons with their neighbour Jamie, who was great. Would really recommend this homestay to anyone coming to Pacifico!!

The location is amazing. The hotel itself sits right up on the cliffs. If you have a room facing the ocean you can clearly see and hear the waves. It is one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed at. The rooftop allows everyone to access this view as well and has a bar making it a great place to have a drink and watch the ocean or the stars at night. On top of all this the rooms are spacious, the bed is comfortable, and the mixture of the cement styling with the wooden features gives a wonderful contrast. Finally, the owners are very friendly, they both introduced themselves when we checked in and helped us throughout our stay, including providing contacts for surfing lessons which were great as it felt a lot less populated at the north of the island for this. Overall it is a must stay if you are in Siargao.

Excellent budget stay. Jean is extremely friendly and helpful and available, she gave us lots of tips for things to do around and checked in on us. We booked our airport tuktuk through the stay, as well. The property is extremely clean, well maintained and kept. Has a beautiful garden and well equipped, communal kitchen. There’s also more lounge areas upstairs. We had a great stay, Burgos is wonderful and away from the business of General Luna and more authentic than Pacifico beach area. Some good food options, surf, bike rentals and beaches around. Getting to know some of the local kids was a highlight! Highly recommend.
