The place was near centre and other places I needed. The host Eileen was very helpfull before my arrival, but aftet I came to stay, she overfilled all my expectations, and even she herself dropped me to the breakfast place!!!! Awsome!

Staff! Tony was absolutely amazing and he really did it for us! He was soo helpful, ready to give us local recommendations and so available for anything. He runs the place basically by himself, renovating, cleaning, he always made sure there was fresh drinking water in the fridge and had always a lovely smile on! The property is not located in a too touristy bit of the island, you really get a local feel and the place is just a 15min walk from the beach. The beach is a local one with very few tourists, and in the evening you would share it with only a few families. There is a shop about 10min walk away that has anything you could need. There is also a bus stop not far away from the property where the T5 (bus) stops, this is a free bus that takes you right to Old San Juan, a lovely place with so many things to visit and many restaurants. And if you want a cheaper option for dinner we found this sandwich shop in the middle that was incredible and super affordable!! Would definitely come back!

I had a great experience at Isla Verde by the Beach. My wife and I stayed in Room #2. It's a small but nice & clean room and had everything we needed for our two nights here (including a small cooler & two beach chairs!). The internet was great (my wife was able to lead a Zoom call). And the location was great for us to check out Isla Verde. But best of all, the host (Russell) was communicative and helpful. He even gave us a couple great recommendations for local spots to get good food/drinks.
