The highest standards of hospitality! Exceptional! The place should be a benchmark for all hospitality service providers. Not only in Madeira. This is not yet another property with cheap stuff from Ikea. Rooms are spacious with lots of direct outdoor lights. Entire place is safe, quite and private. With beautifull garden and clean pool. Very convenient indoor garage. The kitchen is fully equiped with everything needed + you are given storage splace if needed. Large common areas for dinning, reading, or enjoying the garden. Check-in and check-out is fully self-service. The communication is clear and easy. In general, everything is very well thought to a small details. This makes your stay exceptional at this house. Thank you!

Wonderful house. The house is on the smaller side, but you can find everything you need. Nice bathroom, comfortable bed, airconditioning etc. Also there are two terraces that are enable you to relax and bask in the Madeiran sunshine. The accomodation is very clean and is well stocked with shampoo, shower gel, coffee, tea and fruit. There’s no inside kitchen, but outside there is a barbecue and a dishwashing station. The owners are very friendly and helpful. We were also surprised by Nelson as he gifted us fresh fruit like bananas and Madeiran custard apples. The house is situated in a nice, hilly neighborhood of Funchal. It’s about a 2km ride from the nearest main road exit or reachable by bus. It’s about a 10 minute drive into the city center and also about a 10 minute drive to be in the middle of the nature. Highly recommend to stay here whilst being on Madeira.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The entire complex feels like paradise: the vegetation is amazing, the staff is very friendly, the breakfast very good and there are lots of spa options in case the wether is not so good. There is a restaurant with exceptional food or a kitchen wehere on can cook by onself. We also did a Levada hike, which was located close by. We would definetly come again! Thank you so much for the unforgettable time!
