A wonderful hotel in the heart of the old town, located right on the main street. While most tourists arrive by bus for just an hour in this medieval town, we had the privilege of staying here! It was a truly amazing experience! The hotel’s interior is beautifully designed, reflecting the spirit of the place with shutters, paintings, and various artifacts. The bathroom was very clean and breakfast was excellent. We look back on our stay with great warmth and fond memories!

The house really takes you back in history, very welcoming, very well located and easily accessible! My room was number one, I really felt like I was in medieval times in a queen size bed, it was perfect. Not forgetting the wonderful smell throughout the property.

Very cool vibe inside, well run for the past 42 (?) years by George and Elsa, great hosts, fab breakfast accompanied by classical music and pastel de nata . Rooms are plain, clean and comfortable.

    Stunning views of the sea and lagoon from the terrace. Lovely hosts who gave us tomatoes and green pepper from their garden. The top floor apartment is correctly advertised and priced as a basic apartment as it does not have air con or hot plates to cook, however is does have a small microwave and a good fridge/freezer. Close (10 min. walk downhill) to a selection of restaurants. We particularly liked the fish at the Europa restaurant.
