Absolutely amazing staff, very helpful and very accommodating to our needs. Breakfast was made to order, fresh and healthy as part of the booking. I also really liked the restaurant and tasty meals we had for dinner. Room was small but had all the things needed for our stay, including AC, wardrobes and bathroom. Even though our window was facing the nearby train station, there was no noise.

A beautiful guesthouse in a magical, quiet spot. Roger and Louise are absolute legends! I completely overcooked it hiking over the mountain that day and to arrive to a home cooked meal, a cold crispy beer and some great conversation was perfect. Roger also helped me out with a lift the next day - thank you so much to you both, felt so looked after. Just note there is no shops or restaurants in this remote area - it’s wise to accept the additional offer of dinner!

Apartment was located in 3 apartment building for guests - during our stay we were the only ones, therefore nobody bother us or did we. The pool was great refreshment! Otherwise - quite remote area. The apartment had a conditioner in the main room. Bathroom is located next to sleeping room (so, no privacy for adults, if kids are walking through the room for bathroom :) ). The bathroom was quite warm place due to the water-boiler which heated up the room a lot, meanwhile the water stream was uneven from hot to cold, but it wasn`t too critical - maybe some upgrade for boiler would be needed. Kitchen rather small and basic - if hosts would place there some salt & sugar, it would be great :)

We had a great stay at Hiša Vuga! The place is super clean, cozy, and very comfortable. Barbara was a wonderful host, friendly, helpful, and full of great tips for exploring the area. Thanks to her, we got to visit some beautiful and historic spots we wouldn’t have found on our own. Highly recommended!

If I could rate it higher than 10, I absolutely would! Everything about our stay was absolutely amazing, from the spotless cleanliness to the warm, genuine hospitality we received upon arrival. I absolutely loved this place. It was very peaceful and I found it incredibly calming staying here. The views across Slovenia go all the way to the sea on a sunny day and we're beautiful. Great room and great facilities.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! The room was incredibly clean, spacious, and had a stunning view of the mountains. The hosts were so kind and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We also loved the pizzeria at the hotel – the pizza was excellent, and the service was top-notch.
