I had an amazing stay at this hotel, and the highlight was definitely the wonderful staff, especially Preaw and Nittaya at the reception. She is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met always smiling, welcoming, and making sure every moment of my stay was perfect. Her kindness and attention to detail truly made a difference. The hotel itself is fantastic, but it’s people like Preaw and Nittaya who make it feel like home. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a warm and exceptional experience!

We stayed at Viva Patong as a couple (both around 40) for 18 days and had a wonderful experience. The condo was very clean, cozy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had everything what we needed - we like to cook our own healthy breakfasts, and with a 7-Eleven just nearby, it was easy to pick up ingredients. The bed was comfortable, the water (hot and cold) worked perfectly, and having a TV and food delivery options made things convenient. A motorbike rental is available on site, which we highly recommend - it makes getting around so much easier. Grab and Bolt are also easy options if you prefer not to drive. The staff were always friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Overall, Viva Patong is a fantastic choice for couples who want a clean, comfortable place with the freedom to enjoy a bit of their own cooking while still being close to everything. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it. Check Merlin Snorkel beach and relax at the bar there
