The rooms are spacious, clean and peaceful. The house is a little more in the countryside but with bike or motorbike or a little walk you can reach everything necessary and it is not too far from the city with a cab ride. The house is close to peaceful rice fields for a nice walk. The true highlight of the house is the host Patrick, who is a host with his whole heart and is always there to help you and make your stay unforgettable. We loved every second there and hope to come again one day ❤️

I think I have never gave a hotel/guest house a full 10 score. This is an amazing accommodation run by a very nice family. The check in process was super easy and the ride from the airport is only 15-20 minutes. Even though it‘s 30 minutes from the city for everyone who comes to Chiang Mai for training Muay Thai, this would be your best accommodation. Lanna Muay Thai is only 2km away. You can easily walk there. Since it‘s outside of all tourist spots it‘s great to focus on Muay Thai. The room is spacious and you will have a big smart TV , a big and comfy bed, your own Bathroom and a little kitchenette with fridge. If there is anything you miss or would like to have the owner will make sure you‘ll get it. Next year they will even open a big pool. This was by far the best accommodation I‘ve had and I‘m glad due to a last minute trip and the fact that all hotels were booked, I was able to stay there. To get to the city is super easy via Grab, Bolt etc . Thank you Ban Wongdee for a nice week. Kop khun kap
